Official Sweepstakes Rules

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older (19+ where that is the age of majority) as of entry, in the eligible states.
• Void in excluded jurisdictions and where prohibited or restricted by law. Excluded jurisdictions are Michigan, New Jersey, Washington, Montana, Nevada, and Florida.
• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

ClubCoin offers prize draws at three cadences. Specific start/end dates, draw times, and prize values for each period are posted on the Promotion page and incorporated here by reference:

• Daily draws: entries accrue per calendar day; drawn daily.
• Weekly draws: entries accrue per calendar week; drawn weekly.
• Monthly Grand Prize draw: drawn monthly, with a mail-in alternative method of entry described in Section 5.

Participation uses non-monetary entries ("Tickets" / SweepCoin). The free path and the paid path receive entry opportunities of equal dignity, the acquisition method does not affect odds.

Ticket allocation:

• 2 Tickets per login, available equally to all eligible participants (free and paid alike).
• 1 Ticket per qualifying daily entry action.
• 5 Tickets per qualifying weekly entry action.

Ticket terms: Tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Tickets do not expire but are forfeited after six (6) consecutive months of account inactivity.

To enter the Monthly Grand Prize draw for free without any purchase or payment:

(a) Participants in the United States (other than in the Restricted Territories) can receive a prize draw entry by sending a stamped #10 envelope enclosing one (1) 4" x 6" blank, unlined, unfolded white card handwritten in a single ink (blue) to the following address:

For the avoidance of any doubt, the requirement for the note to be "handwritten" means that the Customer must personally hand write each entry and not use any stencil or copying machine, nor devices/software to automate requests or assist with meeting the handwriting requirement.

(b) Participants can only receive one entry by post if they do the following:

• (1) Handwrite the participant's return address on the front of the envelope and the words: "Monthly Club Coin Monthly Prize Draw Request."
• (2) Handwrite in the front top-left corner, one (and only one) unique Postal Request Code generated through the participant's User Account by accessing the "Postal Request Code" section of the Club Coin platform described below for further information.
• (3) Handwrite all of the following on only one side of the note card inserted into the envelope in the following order: the participant's full name as shown on the participant's government-issued identification; the email address registered to the participant's User Account; the username associated with the participant's User Account; the return/residential address registered to the Participant's User; and the statement below.

I am requesting a monthly prize draw entry to use for participation in the Club Coin sweepstakes promotions. By submitting this request, I declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Club Coin Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

(c) Participants are limited to making one request per outer envelope.

(d) For each request a participant submits, he or she will receive one entry, per amount stated on the platform.

(e) The entry awarded via this method shall be added to the eligible participant's User Account within 14 business days, subject to account verification and full compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules.

(f) If the handwriting on any mail-in request is not legible, or otherwise fails to comply with this subsection 5.5, the entry will be void, and the prize draw entry will not be credited to the participant's User Account. The legibility of a participant's handwriting shall be determined by Sponsor/Promoter in its sole discretion.

(g) A mail-in request must only be made by the participant and must be posted from the state or territory of the participant's verified residential address. Requests made by any other individual or any entity and/or posted from any other state or territory will be declared invalid, and no prize draw entry will be credited to the participant's User Account.

(h) A Postal Request Code is a unique verification code that Participants can obtain by following the steps outlined in subsections 5(i) and 5(j) of these Official Rules. A Postal Request Code is unique, can only be used once and expires 60 days after it is displayed. The purpose of a Postal Request Code is to assist with the efficient and effective processing of a Participant's note card. Note cards containing an expired Postal Request Code at the time of processing will be void. A POSTAL REQUEST CODE CAN ONLY BE USED BY THE PARTICIPANT WHOSE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT WAS USED TO GENERATE THAT POSTAL REQUEST CODE. Any Participant suspected by Sponsor/Promoter to have directly or indirectly provided a Postal Request Code to another person may, in the sole discretion of Sponsor/Promoter, be disqualified and lose their eligibility to Participate in the Sweepstakes.

(i) A Postal Request Code can be obtained by following each of these steps:

• (1) sign into your User Account;
• (2) click on the "Postal Request Code".
• (3) click on the "Postal Request Codes" button and follow the prompts.

For the avoidance of doubt, obtaining a Postal Request Code and submitting a mail-in entry is entirely free of charge and does not require any purchase, payment, or deposit of any kind.

(j) The platform will generate a one-time verification code tied to the participant's account. The Postal Request Code is then displayed for a period of time to enable a Participant to record it on their entry. This code must be handwritten exactly as shown on the participant's request card. Requests submitted without a valid or matching verification code will be void.

(4) FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, COMBINED REQUESTS SENT VIA PACKAGE OR PARCEL DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS SET OUT ABOVE AND ARE INVALID.

(5) The Company promptly processes each AMOE request and processing is generally completed within seven (7) days. However, it can take up to fourteen (14) days from receipt of the request card to award the Sweepstakes entry to the user. The Company will clearly and conspicuously advertise the available AMOE method of entry (including advertising on its platform and on social media), and the AMOE entries have the exact same chance of winning as entries obtained via the promotional method.

• Winners are selected in random drawings from all eligible entries for the applicable period, conducted by Sponsor or its designated administrator whose decisions are final.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the period. Estimated odds and entry counts are posted on the Promotions page.
• Selected entrants may be required to confirm eligibility and complete identity verification before a prize is awarded.

Certain Tickets may also participate in a separate, simultaneous instant-win game with its own independent prize pool and odds. The instant-win opportunity is triggered by the same Ticket activity but is structurally distinct from the daily, weekly, and monthly draws. Instant-win prizes, counts, and odds are disclosed on the Promotion page.

• Prize types and approximate retail values ("ARV") for each period are listed on the Promotion page (e.g., Bitcoin and other digital assets, crypto vouchers, and merchandise).
• Prizes are awarded by position (prize tier), not by an arbitrary number of winners. Consolidation prizes, where offered, are awarded per person (not per entry) and capped at the tiers stated on the Promotion page.
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash equivalent unless stated. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• Digital-asset prizes are delivered to the winner's verified ClubCoin wallet and are subject to network conditions and verification.

• Potential winners will be notified via the contact details on file within 5 days of the drawing. Failure to respond within 15 days, return of notification as undeliverable, or ineligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
• Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, and applicable tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W-9) before a prize is awarded.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where the ARV of prizes meets reporting thresholds, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 and may require tax information before payment.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city/state, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotion without further compensation.

• Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with entry, violates these Rules, acts unsportingly, or attempts to enter by automated means or multiple accounts.
• If the Promotion is compromised by fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it and award prizes from eligible entries received to that point.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for technical or network failures.

By entering, participants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for losses or damages arising from participation or any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the ClubCoin Terms of Service.
